1.1.    “ARCH”, “we”, “our”, or “us” means ARCH Education Center, the trading name for ARCH Academy Limited (Company No. 50672916), a company incorporated under the laws of Hong Kong and whose principal place of business is situated at 3/F China Hong Kong Tower, 8-12 Hennessy Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong and any subsidiaries of ARCH Academy Limited;
1.2.    “Website” means our website, accessible at www.arch-education.com or any subdomain of www.arch-education.com;
1.3.    “User” or “Users” means any person or persons who accesses, browses, or otherwise views the Website, including account holders who receive or provide educational services through ARCH.

2.1.    All information in this Website is provided for reference and information purposes only, and is subject to change without notice. ARCH makes no representations or warranties as to the accuracy, reliability, quality or completeness of such information and on the Website.  ARCH accepts no liability for any loss arising from the use of, or reliance upon, the content of this Website or from other materials on the Internet accessed via web links from this Website. 
 2.2.    This Copyright Policy may in the future be translated into a Chinese version. Should there be any inconsistencies between the English version and the Chinese version of the Statement, the English version shall prevail.

3.1.    All the content in this Website created by ARCH is the property of ARCH or the suppliers of the content. All such property falls under the protection of Hong Kong copyright and intellectual property laws. Copying, extracting, publishing, reproducing, transmitting, or storing content from this Website, whether on any other website or other form of electronic retrieval system, for commercial or non-commercial purposes is prohibited without the expressed prior written permission from ARCH and/or the supplier of the content.
3.2.    Users may print or download to a local hard disk extracts of content in an unaltered form (altered including stretched, compressed, colored, altered in any way so as to distort contents from its original format or proportions) for personal and non-commercial use only with copyright acknowledged. Any content printed or downloaded may not be sold, resold, licensed, transferred, copied, or reproduced in whole or in part in any manner or in any media to any person without ARCH’s expressed prior written permission. 
3.3.    ARCH reserves all rights that are not expressly granted in this Policy. 

 

4.    Intellectual Property

4.1.    ARCH provides educational services. ARCH seeks to provide a website and services which in no way infringes intellectual property rights of others. 
 4.2.    ARCH reserves the right to disable and/or terminate Users from the Website if there is reasonable belief that copyright infringement has been committed by any Users. 
 4.3.    Users agree that ARCH is free to use, disclose, adopt, and modify all and any ideas, concepts, know-how, proposals, suggestions, comments, and other communications and information provided by Users to ARCH, either through email at info@arch-education.com or through other means such as surveys and questionnaires (“Feedback”), in connection with the Website, without any payment to Users. Users hereby agree to waive any and all rights and claims for any consideration, fees, royalties, charges, and/or other payments in relation to ARCH’s use, disclosure, adoption, and/or modification of any or all Feedback. 

 

5.    Reporting Alleged Intellectual Property Infringement

5.1.    ARCH will respond as reasonably as possible to limit or stop the infringement as soon as practicable after it received any claims of copyright infringement on the Website.
5.2.    ARCH shall not be responsible or liable directly or indirectly for any material posted or circulated by its Users which infringes on the intellectual property rights of others or is illegal.
5.3.    If you have reason to believe that any material on the Website infringes upon the copyright of others please notify us by emailing  info@arch-education.com. Please provide details of the copyrighted work and the relevant infringement, your full name, and your contact details.
5.4.    Upon receiving notice of an alleged infringement, ARCH will investigate the allegation and take such action that, at ARCH’s sole discretion, it deems appropriate, including removing the relevant material from the Website.
